Survivor Benefit Rates

The Survivor Benefit Rates for 2010 are:

Not on Medicare (under 65)

Individual - $612.34/month
Family - $1,330.93/month

On Medicare (over 65)

Individual - $270.97/month

Survivors of former HHH employees must contact the Business Office (631-592-3094) within 3 months after the death of the employee in order to continue medical coverage. (The survivor's coverage continues for three months after the death of the union member, without any cost)
